Men are from Venus, Women are from Mars

or is it the other way around?

i just had to take this photo! in the indian village where i stayed in, most of the shops were actually manned by, uh, men.

even the tailoring shops.. and the sari-sari stores where they totally sell hair clips, bangles, fabrics, and women's undergarments!

how awkward can you get?

schoolbus

i was astonished to find out that this rickshaw is in fact a schoolbus (children's service to and from school).

and it is a modest shot.

you should've seen other rickshaws. they can actually cramp twenty kids in one vehicle!

driving in india

somebody said "if you can drive in Manila, you can drive anywhere else in the world." after being exposed to how Indians drive, i'd say that's an understatement.

there, side mirrors are utterly useless! like this one. hehe.

and the way they cut! they are far better than us Pinoys! our horn-honking is even significantly inferior to theirs. theirs is looong and intimidating.

to all indian drivers out there, i salute you!

wagha border

Wagha (pronounced as Vag-ha) is the border between India and Pakistan. Every single afternoon, they conduct flag ceremonies. What was amusing was the soldiers' funky march. Too
bad I couldn't capture it in camera. Better see it for yourself!
